Massive Events Ltd. is run by Mark Woollard and Jason Joiner. We are both passionate about our hobbies and love sci-fi, film and TV stuff. We only run events that we would want to go to as fans ourselves and we care about only running events that we can be proud of! To that end we are also passionate about providing you with a fantastic experience at all our events. We are always around to chat and please feel free to e-mail or call us anytime if you have any suggestions or criticisms. We know that with your help we will run some fantastic events and meet some great people whilst doing so. We hope that you enjoy attending our events as much as we will running them!


Massive Events is the sister company to Showmasters Ltd. While Showmasters have been running UK events for over ten years Massive Events were created more recently in the summer of 2007 when the guys decided to host more intimate events that would be fandom-specific, in hotels, and feature parties and events for the fans rather than just doing big conventions. The first ever Massive Events convention was Eclipse in March 2008 and was a hugely successful Heroes event. Since then ME have thrived and ran a number of successful events for many different fandoms including Lost, Red Dwarf, Torchwood, Stargate, and Harry Potter. Massive Events are renowned for their Twilight events "Eternal Twilight" both of which sold out, and the second event sold out within only two weeks of going on sale. With over ten events in 2009 ME had a great year and it looks like it's going to be just as amazing in 2010!
